Management, creative affairs director, DJ, and label partner. Anthony's career in the music business started over ten years ago in marketing at MCA records. Since then he has worked for Mercury, Overbrook Entertainment, Aftermath and Arista Records. Anthony later traded in his recording label stripes and applied his experiences and knowledge into the field of Artist Mgmt. He is currently a manager at New York-based management firm DAS Communications where he has been instrumental in the careers of Erik Rico, John Legend, and the Black Eyed Peas. |

Joel Matthew
DJ, technophile, label partner and all-around swell guy. As a teen, Joel Matthew immersed himself into the world of electronic dance music in his hometown of St. Louis. He quickly became one of the city's prominent DJs in the underground dance scene, and eventually emerged as a key party promoter of large underground events. Seven years ago Joel Matthew left St. Louis for Los Angeles where he immediately connected with Erik Rico.
